Mahmoud Khattab Recap

Mr. Mahmoud Khattab was born in Gaza on 3rd June 1960 to a Palestinian family from Yatar. He received his law degree from Cairo University and taught law at universities in Egypt, Jordan, and Palestine before moving to the practice of law. In addition to his position as a lawyer, he is also the president of the International Criminal Court Advisory Council, a member of the executive committee of Al-Iqna, the Islamic association for legal heritage, and a member of the International Commission for Palestine. He has been an avid advocate for establishing an Arab and international judiciary as an alternative to the Israeli occupation to secure justice for all people.
